During the celebration of the Mallorca Golf Open, the more than 12,000 people who visited its facilities throughout the week, were able to enjoy a thrilling, first-rate event, in a heart-stopping finish.

Double Tee Time – Pioneer in Mallorca

Golf Son Muntaner is positioned once again as a leader and benchmark not only locally, but throughout Europe, for enjoying a unique experience on its greens.

With the double tee time, Golf Son Muntaner offers simultaneous tee time from hole 1 and hole 10.

In order to make these improvements, the number of tee-off groups was increased to three for almost 8 months of the year.
In addition, times between tee times were reduced from 12 to 10 minutes, a bag drop area was created and the flow in and out of the club was redesigned.

The double tee time can be added to service excellence, elevating golfers’ experience to a whole new level of quality.

Discounts after aeration of greens

For the first 4 days after hollow tining, there will be a 30% discount applied to the green fee. The following 4 days a 20% discount will be applied to the green fee. And from the 9th to the 16th, a 10% discount will be applied.

No additional discounts will be given during fairway aeration or chemical treatment (December), as they do not affect the quality of play.

How to get to the course

From the Palma – Andratx dual carriageway, take Exit 8 (Son Rapinya), until you reach a roundabout with a REPSOL gas station on your right-hand side. Take the 3rd exit off the roundabout and go straight for some 100 m until you reach another roundabout (Madre Alberta School). Take the first exit (Calle Miquel Lladó), direction ‘Son Vida’. Follow the road for about 1.5 km. You will see the Son Muntaner course on the left-hand side, about 50 metres before reaching another roundabout. The course is located approx. 10 minutes from the centre of Palma, and approx. 20 minutes from the airport.
