Greens Maintenance 2026: Aeration Schedule

As part of our annual maintenance plan, we will carry out greens aeration (punching) both in summer and winter, with the aim of preserving optimal course conditions across all our golf courses.

✅ What does greens aeration involve?

Aeration is an essential practice that helps keep the greens in perfect condition. Through this process:

• Drainage is improved, preventing water accumulation and ensuring a firmer, more uniform surface
• Soil compaction is reduced, allowing roots to breathe and absorb nutrients more effectively
• Turf oxygenation is enhanced, reducing the risk of disease
• A more consistent ball roll is maintained

📅 Maintenance schedule and course closures

To minimize disruption to play, maintenance work will be carried out in phases:

Spring / Summer 2026

• Palma Pitch & Putt: May 18–20
• Golf Son Quint: May 25–29
• Golf Son Vida: June 1–5
• Golf Son Muntaner: June 8–12

Autumn / Winter 2026

• Golf Son Vida: November 16–18
• Golf Son Quint: November 23–25
• Golf Son Muntaner: November 30 – December 2

Adjusted green fees after maintenance

Following aeration, reduced green fees will be applied and are already reflected on our website:

• Days 1–4: 30% discount
• Days 5–8: 20% discount
• Days 9–16: 10% discount
