Arabella Golf Resort Mallorca strengthens its renewed strategic approach

As part of its recent strategic repositioning under the integrated identity “Your Mediterranean Home for Golf“, Arabella Golf Resort Mallorca announces the internal promotion of Heribert Rubiano to the newly created position of Leisure & Golf Resort Sales Manager, effective since March 1.

This strategic appointment reflects the resort’s bold vision to offer an exceptional and holistic guest experience by effectively connecting the commercial activity of its renowned golf courses – Son Muntaner, Son Vida, and Son Quint – with its luxury hotels, Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel and Castillo Hotel Son Vida. In this cross-functional role, Rubiano will lead sales initiatives targeting the leisure (individual travel) segment, enhancing the synergy across all areas of the resort.

With extensive experience in the premium travel industry, particularly in the golf sector, Heribert has played a key role in strengthening the competitive positioning of the resort’s golf courses. He has successfully managed internationally recognized sporting events such as the Mallorca Golf Open and the Mallorca Ladies Open. His proven leadership and deep understanding of the international tourism market make him ideally suited to take on this strategic responsibility.
