Anual maintenance of our greens

At Arabella Golf Mallorca, the care and maintenance of our greens is a priority to ensure the best playing experience. As every year, before the summer season arrives, we will carry out the aeration process on the greens across all our golf courses.

✅ What is greens aeration?

Aeration is an essential practice that allows us to keep the greens in optimal condition. Through this process:

• We improve drainage, preventing water buildup and ensuring a firmer and more uniform surface.
• We relieve soil compaction, allowing the roots to breathe and absorb nutrients more effectively.
• We facilitate oxygenation of the grass, reducing the occurrence of diseases and promoting healthier growth.
• We maintain surface uniformity, ensuring a more consistent ball roll.

Maintenance Closure Dates:

To minimize disruption to our players, we have organized the aeration schedule in stages:

• Palma Pitch & Putt: from May 19 to May 21
• Golf Son Quint: from May 26 to May 30
• Golf Son Vida: from June 2 to June 6
• Golf Son Muntaner: from June 9 to June 13

Adjusted Rates Due to Maintenance

During the days following the greens aeration, rates will be temporarily adjusted to reflect the course conditions. The updated prices will be available on our website.
