Arabella Golf Mallorca, which belongs to the Schörghuber Group of Companies, offers the possibility of enjoying 4 magnificent golf courses: Golf Son Muntaner, Golf Son Vida, Golf Son Quint and Golf Son Quint Pitch and Putt, located in Palma de Mallorca, surrounded by a natural environment and with a great variety of vegetation and native fauna.
Ever since the Schörghuber Group of Companies was established in Mallorca more than 30 years ago, commitment to the community and to an environmentally friendly management has been taken into account. For this reason, already in the year 2000 Golf Son Muntaner was the first golf course in Europe to achieve the ISO 14001 and EMAS certifications. In 2012 we decided to extend the ISO 14001 certification to the whole group of Arabella Golf Mallorca courses, for the scope of Golf courses management, and since 2019 extend the EMAS verification to the entire organization.
Therefore, with the intention of moving forward our commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement, we intend to:
Being intimately related to the natural environment, our purpose as a company includes the creation of value for the environment around us.
Take the environment totally into account within the strategy of Arabella Golf; Every project or activity developed always takes its environmental impact into consideration and the focus is always to ensure sustainability and exquisite compliance with the legal regulations that apply and the requirements of the environmental certifications to which we are voluntarily subscribed.
Align ourselves with the sustainable development goals promoted by the United Nations related to the company's activities (3 health and well-being, 4 quality education, 6 water management, 7 non-polluting energy, 12 responsible production and consumption, 13 action for the climate, 15 life in ecosystems, 17 alliances to achieve objectives)
Transform Arabella Golf into a circular company, based on the philosophy of the 4R's: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover, dividing its backbone into four main shafts: water management, energy management, responsible production and consumption and respect for the natural environment.
Promote innovation and leadership in addressing environmental challenges in order to be an international reference in the implementation of environmental improvements.
